Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dreamwater Float Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dreamwater products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, (c) consumables (such as salt), or (d) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product.
Dreamwater Float Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dreamwater Float Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.
The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dreamwater Float Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dreamwater Float Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dreamwater Float Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dreamwater Float Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dreamwater Float Ltd..
This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dreamwater Float Ltd, nor does it cover the shipping of new product to you. Any shipping cost is the responsibility of the client.
Dreamwater Float Ltd. warrants the Dreampod (Product) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of THREE (3) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction (Dreampod main body, Engine pod cover) and TWO (2) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, heater, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its options, Dreamwater Float Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
