Recently we have learned of different products in the market which at first sight look very similar like our Dreampods in terms of visual design, but are not the real thing. We have heard about the saying that ‘imitation is the sincerest form of flattery’ but we do want to prevent customers from being mislead whether intentionally or unintentionally.
These products could be less reliable and have inferior performance compared to real DreamPods.
DreamPods use high quality products for all their critical components, such as Pump from the U.S, Heater from England as well as custom electronics built by our German managed electronics partner company. Using inferior quality products also could cause severe property damage, personal injuries, and financial liability due to product malfunction.
Dreamwater would like to advise customers that products purchased from any unauthorized source will not be supported by our company warranty. If you are considering to purchase a second hand DreamPod we will support but please get in touch via our contact form.

As of 2021-02-22 we have become aware of another company offering fake Dreampod products on Alibaba. The company name is “Guangzhou Xianli Beauty Equipment Ltd.“. They simply copied our images and text. Buyer beware!

Today we were made aware of yet another copycat company claiming to produce Float tanks but using our Images and Product Information. The company name is called “SpiritualQuest”. These are products that are manufactured by factories in China that have no clue how to build float pods. This is not a Dreampod, and should not be mistaken for one. Anyone that buys this should prepare themselves to receive inferior products and horrible service.
