The Dreampod is the most luxurious, full featured floatation tank in the market. It requires 500kilograms of epsom salt to get the solution just perfect for floating.
Our vision was to create something that would be visually stimulating, eliminating any type of intimidation to beginner floaters. Based on our research and experience, we believe the floatation tanks MUST be inviting and welcoming as a rule of thumb. This will allow beginner floaters to feel most relaxed, increasing the chance of them returning for future floats. The Dreampod offers all aspects of comfort and safety in mind.

The Dreampod is completely automatic, making handling and managing very easy. The Dreampod features an automatic filtration system, which will automatically kick in after each float. The Dreampod also sports a unique “twin-chemical delivery system”, allowing you to use a combination of two different disinfecting agents. Both are controlled by the Dreampod’s computer system. The highly sophisticated system will also allow you to automatically preset dosing schedules.
The Dreampod computer system requires an ethernet cable connection plugged into a local wireless router. After that, you can control the Dreampod through your PC, tablet or your smartphone, using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox etc. Anything that can access Wifi will do. This is very convenient, especially during busy hours.
The dosage is preset on the tank’s computer, with dosage in 5cc increments. You can also manually control the computer in adding the amounts of the hydrogen peroxide/ chlorine via the computer system as deemed necessary. The industry standard is about 15cc of hydrogen peroxide at the end of the day, and about 5cc between each session.
We use a float hydrometer to test for the specific gravity of the water. It is a floating gauge/meter that reads the density of the water. You can also invest in an electronic hydrometer, which is more accurate to use and read.
The volume of water tested is about 900 litres at optimal float solution height. Volume can be increased if you desire a higher water level.
The control software has a built in counter which will record the amount of floats provided by each tank, giving you a figure to change your filters with. We can also use the flow of water of the pump to determine if the filter requires change. When the filter becomes filled, the water pressure of the pump will decrease. Hence, when the water exiting the outlet decreases significantly, it is time to replace your filter.
Yes, the floating space/interior is larger than most tanks in the market, yet the Dreampod’s physical footprint is the same size as some of the smaller tanks available in the market.
The Dreampod requires a 220V/50/60Hz Single phase electrical supply to power its systems. Any certified electrician will be able to set up a 220V supply from your local electrical fuse box in one day. If this is a problem, than speak with us and we’ll work something out.
On the average, each tank consumes on the average 0.18kWh on the average a week, running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, inclusive of 40 floats a week. This is less than running an air conditioning system at home.
We recommend that you use Food-Grade pharmaceutical Epsom salt for the Dreampod. Not only will this provide the floater the most comfortable float, it will also preserve the running components of the tank. Lesser grades of Epsom salt can be used, however, due to the higher levels of impurities, lower-grade Epsom salt will oxidise faster in reaction to the oxygen in the air, causing it to turn into Manganese Oxide, a sticky brown substance which will tinge the float solution brown and leave sticky brown stains on the side of the wall. While this is absolutely safe and inert, its an aesthetic issue which may turn of some customers. You can source for salt in your country of origin, or you can purchase it from us directly.
It is very easy to clean around the motors and the pods. For the pump, just remove the engine box, and clean around the components with a damp cloth, soaked in warm water. Besides for this, you will need to change a filter bag once or twice per month, depending on how busy the Dreampod is. You will also need to add salt once per month, again, depending on how busy that tank is. Other than that, regular morning maintenance of wiping the tank down and getting it ready for business.
It is important to note, we are the manufacturers. We are the direct link to the Dreampod, so there are no middle men involved in getting components. All parts would be sent with in 24 hours. Our trouble shooting team is available 24/7.
While the Dreampod is designed to be easily set up by anyone with handyman skills, we require that you send for one of our technicians to come in, and help with the initial installation. The Dreampod requires some adjustments; such as software set up, door alignment, leak testing etc, to be completed for the tanks to work at full operating capacity. We ask our clients to pay for his flight, as well as a few nights accommodation at a local hotel/motel. Nothing fancy needed, something clean and safe is fine.
Production for the Dreampod will be a maximum of 60 days. We will expedite shipping earlier if we are able to. In some cases, we can manufacture the Dreampod within 45 days. We plan to hold stock in the future, which will cut down the production time to a fraction.

One, or two pods will fit into a 20’ container, while three and four pods will fit into a 40’ container. Delivery can take anywhere between 10 and 25 days, depending on your location.
